What is HOAP? HOAP is an acronym which stands for Home Owner's Association Portal.
At HOAP our mission is to provide home owner's access to information about their own community, city, state, and county that affects them personally. This information is provided by means of a portal or website that allows each resident vision into their own private community. Each site is fully customizable to meet the needs of the community. Because of the growing number of concerns people have, being able to know what's happening is of vital concern to all.
For example:
Do you know what projects are scheduled within your community?
Are you familiar with the Community By-Laws?
Do you know what is needed if you decide to change a feature of your home?
These are just a few questions most people want to know the answers to. However, getting these and many other questions answered is indeed a daunting challenge.
